I have a hazy recollection of staying up until 3:00 AM this morning, looking for the 400th smash gate in Burnout Paradise while trying to convince Chris Sims and Josh Krach that they needed to Netflix the Pink Lady & Jeff box set.  I also may have referred to Greg Evigan’s penis as “Lil’ Bear” at some point in the proceedings.

I’m hoping it was all just a fever dream…unlike today’s clips, which are all too real…

I really wanted to post the clip that inspired my disturbing metaphor – Evigan (in full Rex Manning mode) and the ladies performing a medley of “You Needed Me/Don’t Go Breaking My Heart/Last Dance” — but Google’s video search feature failed me.

I guess you’ll just have to settle for this clip instead…

Luis Buñuel could only dream about reaching that level of surrealistic horror.
