Twenty-odd years ago, Pat Mills and Kevin O’Neill gave a scathing and darkly satiric glimpse of an America gone mad in Marshal Law.

It took a while, but it appears that reality has finally caught up to fiction.

My dad used to recruit for the army here in Scotland and I don’t think they’ve ever tried such tactics. (Sadly though if it works the UK will follow suit quickly enough) Unemployment or not, should the US end up actively deployed anytime soon these recruitment shows are going to look even more manipulative.
